PROHIBITIONS

Animals (except guide dog), umbrellas and drinks are not permitted on the festival site.

 

CROWD CAPACITY

Please take note that depending on the crowd capacity of the sites, places may be limited (the first come/first served rule will be applied). Some nights, we won’t have any shows. Please check our website at festivoix.com or the flyer for more informations. An additional cost of 10$ as well as the festival pass will be required for all shows offered at the Maison de la culture of Trois-Rivières (Voix Lyriques stage). FREE FOR KIDS AGED LESS THAN 12 YEARS OLD

All kids aged 12 and under accompanied by an adult festival pass holder, will be allowed on all sites of the FestiVoix for free. Only exceptions: Front-scene, V.I.P., Club FestiVoix and lodges.

 

ELECTRICAL SHUTTLES

Every night, three electrical shuttles are at disposal for all festival pass holder’s to facilitate the transport when moving from the Voix Multiples stage to the Loto-Québec stage. The shuttles are available from 6 pm to 9 :30 pm..

 

TAXI-BIKES

Eight taxi-bikes courtesy of Gérard Milette stroll around the Flambeau’s village, the Loto-Québec scene as well as the Voix Multiples stage between 5 pm and 9 pm.

 

 

CHAIR

Sitting aera can vary from site to site. Please checkout our concert schedule every night.

 

A chair renting service is available exclusively at the Loto-Québec stage for the price of 7$ per chair. It is possible that the service may not be available certain concert nights.

 

It is also possible for you to bring your own chair at the Loto-Québec stage on certain concert nights.

 

PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY

Le FestiVoix, in collaboration with Bail Mauricie (Bureau d’aide et d’informations sur le logement adapté – région Mauricie) have developed a partnership to adapt every scene so it is accessible to all people with reduced mobility.

 

Most of the FestiVoix’s sites are outdoors, so it facilitates the access for people with wheelchairs. A section at the Loto-Québec stage has been reserved to ensure the comfort of all festival pass holders with reduced mobility.

 

Please take note that there are stairs to enter both l’Embuscade and the Zénob bars.

 

The presentation of the The Tourist and Leisure Companion Sticker (T.L.C.S.) gives free access for companions of disabled people.*

LOST OBJECTS

Please take note that the FestiVoix is not responsible for all lost or stolen objects during the festival. However, you may contact us at 819-372-4635 for more information.

 

WEATHER

All shows featured on an outside stage will take place, even with bad weather. However, the shows could be cancelled in case of a strong electrical storm.

 

The shows performed in bars and at la Maison de la culture of Trois-Rivières will take place according to the normal programmed schedule.

 

PETS

Guide dogs are the only pets that will be accepted on the FestiVoix’s sites. All other pets are prohibited.

 

FOOD AND DRINKS

It is permitted to bring food on the FestiVoix sites.

 

However, it is prohibited to bring drinks, umbrellas, glass containers, cans, alcohol beverages as well as coolers to the FestiVoix sites.
